Carrie A Cacchione, LCMHC
Carrie completed her bachelor’s degree in Psychology at Wesley College and then her master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Wright State university. She is a fully Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor. Carrie continues to serve in the United States Air National Guard and enjoys working with the military and civilian community. Carrie has experience across a variety of treatment settings include private practice, inpatient/outpatient mental health, military families, couples counseling, and children and adolescent. Carrie serves adolescents, adults, couples, families, and groups in the following areas:
• Teen Issues; Peer Pressure, Self Esteem
• Parent/Child or Partner Relational Problems
• Non-Suicidal Self-Harm Behavior
• Mood Disorders
• Anxiety Disorders
• Physical, Sexual, Emotional Abuse
• Anger and Stress Management
• Military adjustments and struggles
Carrie utilizes a blend of Cognitive Behavioral Motivational Interviewing, Dialectic Behavior Therapy, Solution Focused, and psychoeducation to individuals age 5 and up. Her theory is individuals who have the motivation to improve and courage to seek growth and hard work they can accomplish anything.
